These are the ONLY shoes I will run in. Most running shoes rub on my achilles causing blisters which in turn causes lapses in the running schedule... not good! But the Kayano gels shape is low enough in the back to allow for comfortable distance running for me.

PS - i heart the site, T - good work!

For the most part - love this shoe! The velcro enclosures make it easy and convenient to take these shoes off and on. The rubber is super grippy and allows you to trust the rock - as well as your shoes! The only complaint that I have is that there is a weird pressure point on my big toe and I have to take these off as soon as I am finished with each route because they get to be very painful. Might just be my feet though...

This is a great all-around board capable of handling speed, powder and parks. It is a stiff enough to ride smoothly through cruddy snow and flexible enough to hit the jumps. Highly recommended for any woman who is looking to buy a high-performance snowboard.
